2. Lac Thien Restaurant
Lac Thien Restaurant, which is run by a family of deaf-mutes, is located at Dinh Tien Hoang Street (near Imperial City). Dong Ba Market is one of the oldest market in Hue, runs along the north bank of Perfume River. Not only is it the trading center, but it is also the soul of Hue.
